A classic, a refreshing and healthy snack instead of ice cream. A lot of variations can be made to change flavours obtaining the same result in the consistence: substituting strawberries with other fruits, plain yoghurt with other flavors’ yoghurt, adding chocolate chips, using vegan yoghurt and sweetener and so on.

What did I use
4 cups frozen strawberries
3 Tablespoons agave nectar or honey
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
half a glass of rice milk
How did I do
Easy: I just put everything together in the blender keeping the milk as last ingredient, adding it little by little until creamy.
I decorated with leaves of fresh mint and served.
