Can a 6 years old kid invent a recipe which is actually good ? Of course, with a very little help. The kid I was looking after as Au pair in Iceland decided one evening to make a dessert after dinner. With few suggestions on quantities and a little help during the preparation, we were able to eat these soft and tasty pancakes. I wish you saw his happy face when the whole family was eating them with honest pleasure!

What did we use
a whisk, a ladle, a spatula, a non-stick pan, a bowl
Ingredients
2 glasses of milk
1 spoon of cocoa
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
3 spoons of flour
2 spoons of sugar
2 eggs
butter as required
How did we do
We whisked together eggs, milk, cocoa, vanilla extract, flour and sugar in the bowl.
We buttered the reheated pan and put a ladle of dough in it. I cooked few minutes on both sides. We continued like that until you we finished the dough.
We served hot with plenty of icing sugar.
