Homemade energy bars? There you go. Chewy, tasty, easy to prepare and quite healthy, together with nutritious. Perfect to have in the backpack for an outdoor snack.

What did I use
a baking tray, a sheet of baking paper, a large bowl, a fork
Ingredients
1 large banana / 2 small bananas
60 gr oatfleaks
a pinch of baking soda
a pinch of baking powder
40 gr honey
5 gr cinnamon
10 gr Nesquik
circa 40 minuti
15 gr all purpose flour
How did I do
I mashed the banana with the fork.
I mixed well all the ingredients in the bowl.
I put the sheet of baking paper on the baking tray and I poured the dough on it.
I cooked at 180 C for about 30 minutes.
I let cool completely before cutting and serve.
