Bicchieri di mousse di burro di arachidi, frutti di bosco e Skyr – Glasses of peanut butter, berries and Skyr mousse

5-minutes dessert when you have guests for dinner but really don’t have time to buy fanciful stuff or prepare complicated cakes.

Time of preparation

5 minutes + standing



What do you need

two bowls, three spoons, two whisks, a glass


Peanut butter: 2 teaspoons

Frozen berries: 2 spoons

Skyr, white (or greek yoghurt): 4 spoons

Strawberry jam: 1 spoon

Vanilla extract: few drops

(Strawberry to garnish, optional)

If you want it sweeter, you can add honey or sugar at the Skyr or use a sweeter flavor


In one bowl mix two spoons of Skyr, the peanut butter and two drops of vanilla extract. Add honey or sugar if you want.

In the other bowl mix berries, the other two spoons of Skyr and other two drops of vanilla extract. Add honey or sugar if you want.

Put the berries-Skyr mousse at the bottom of your glass. Put the peanut butter-Skyr mousse on it and flatten with a spoon or a spatula.

Finally, put the jam on the top and garnish with the strawberry cut in slices.

Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
