5-minutes vegan friendly dessert when you have guests for dinner but really don’t have time to buy fanciful stuff or prepare complicated cakes.

Ingredients
Peanut butter: 2 teaspoons
Frozen blueberries: 4 spoons
Coconut yoghurt: 6 spoons
Raspberries jam: 1 spoon
Vanilla extract: few drops
2 tablespoon of honey
few frozen blueberries to decorate with
How did I do
In one bowl, I mixed two spoons of Skyr, the peanut butter and two drops of vanilla extract. I added honey and mix well with the whisk.
In the other bowl I mixed berries, the other spoons of Skyr and other two drops of vanilla extract. I added honey and mix well.
I put half of the berries-yoghurt mousse at the bottom of my glasses. I put the peanut butter-yoghurt mousse on it and flattened it before putting the other half of the berries-yoghurt mousse on top.
Finally, put the jam on the top and garnish with the strawberry cut in slices.
Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
