Here in Iceland Skyr is my main obsession, it is healthy,
nutritious and tasty and I use it often as a snack or a breakfast. I tried to present it in a more yummy way, this is the result!

What did I use
A food processor, a spoon, a cutting board, a knife, a glass
Ingredients
White Skyr or coconut yoghurt (they have a similar compact consistency): 5 spoons + some for decoration
Maple syrup 1 spoon
Frozen red fruits 3 spoons + some for decoration
Gelatine 1 sheet
How did i do
I put the gelatine in cold water for 15 minutes.
I put in the food processor 3 spoons of skyr, one spoon of fruits and maple syrup.
I melted the gelatine with a spoon of mixture at very slow fire and then mixed it to it.
I put a spoon of skyr to the bottom of the glass, poured the mixture of skyr and fruits, put another spoon of skyr on it for decoration and the remaining fruits.
I let the glass stand in the fridge at least 3 hours and served cold.
