These are absolutely one of the recipe of biscuits I like the most…super yummy, if you love chocolate, you love them. They are cute as well and they’re good for every occasion.
Time of cooking
30 minutes
Servings
20 biscuits
What did I use
A wooden spoon, a baking tray, a sheet of oven paper, 2 pots, one medium-sized one small, a large glass bowl
Ingredients
Flour: 120 gr
Cocoa: 50 gr
A pinch of salt
Butter: 115 gr
Sugar: 150 gr + as required
Yolk: 1
Heavy cream: 1 teaspoon
Hazelnut cream: as required
How did I do
I preheated the oven at 175 °C.
I beat soften butter and sugar.
I added flour, cocoa, heavy cream, yolk and salt.
I formed little balls and turned them in the remaining butter.
I put them on the baking tray with oven paper and pressed with the bottom of the wooden spoon in the center of all of them.
I cooked for 10/15 minutes.
I pressed again in the holes with the bottom of the wooden spoon and while they were cooling I melted bain-Marie the hazelnut cream.
I filled the holes of the biscuits with it.
I let them cool and served.
Buon appetito!
