Healthy oats and banana cookies

This fast and healthy recipe uses only two ingredients as a base: banana and oatfleaks. Because of the low caloric amount and the very simple taste they are perfect to add more ingredients: I added almonds, coconut and hazelnut cream but other ideas could be chocolate drops, dry fruit, or a combination of those. They’re perfect for an energetic way to start the day.

a bowl, a baking tray, a sheet of oven paper, a fork

Ingredients

Banana: 1

Oatfleaks: 1 cup

Ground coconut, almonds in fleaks, hazelnut cream (one can use the vegan one to maintain the recipe vegan)

How did I do

I mashed the banana with the fork.

I kneaded in the bowl with the oatfleaks.

I divided the dough in 6 parts. I kept one like that, in one I added the coconut, in another one the almonds, in another one the hazelnut cream, in the fourth some hazelnut cream and some coconut and in the last one some hazelnut cream and few almonds. In this way, in one cooking I had 6 different flavors.

I put the biscuits on the baking tray with baking paper, not too near one to the other, pressing them slightly on the surface.

I baked for 10 minutes at 180°C. I let them cool and served.
