These biscuits are super soft and super yummy, a nice surprise for guests, who can choose between the super sweet ones with white chocolate and the tastier ones with dark chocolate… and then there’s people like me, eating one for type, not to say no to anything!

What did I use
Two glass bowls, two wooden spoons, two little pots and to medium-sized pots, a sheet of oven paper, a baking tray, a little colander
Ingredients
Dark chocolate: 75 gr
White chocolate: 75 gr
Butter, softened: 115 gr
White sugar: 115 gr
Eggs: 2
Flour: 225 gr
Icing sugar as required
How did I do
First, I turned on the oven at 190°C.
I melted bain-Marie the dark chocolate in one pot and the white one in the other.
In the meanwhile, I kneaded eggs, flour, sugar and butter.
I divided the dough in two parts, adding in one of them the dark chocolate and in the other one the white chocolate, mixing well to have two compact doughs.
I formed some balls with the dough, little, and put them on the baking tray covered with oven paper. The doughs resulted a little sticky but it’s normal for this kind of recipe.
I baked for 10 minutes more or less, until they started to brown on the surface.
I was careful in controlling the cooking, the best characteristic of these biscuits is the softness, and I didn’t want to ruin it.
I served cold, spreaded with icing sugar.
Buon appetito!
