Simple and cute vegan meatballs with white wine taste. Super soft but compact at the same time! You just need 15 minutes and some fun.

What do you need
a blender, a spoon, a non-stick pan, a bowl
Can soy: 300 gr (with its water)
Ground bread (I used whole grain): 3 full tablespoons
Parsley, minced: 1 tablespoon
Salt/pepper to taste
A glass of white dry wine
A tablespoon of sunflower oil
Blend the soy for few minutes, until creamy and smooth.
Mix it with salt, pepper, paprika, ground bread and parsley.
Form some balls with your hand, tennistable balls size.
Press them a little, put one olive in the middle of each and close them again.
Reheat the oil in the pan. Fry the soy meatballs for few minutes all the sides at high fire.
Put half of the wine and cook other few minutes. Add the rest of the wine, lower the fire and cook few minutes more.
Serve warm with some veggies.
