Comford food time with vegetables au gratin in a lactose-free, easy side dish or dinner. This gratin is really sweet and tasty.

Ingredients
frozen broccoli: 500 gr
white asparagus, in can: 500 gr
ham: 2 slices
vegan cream: 200 gr
vegan cheese: 100 gr
almond flour: 80 gr
salt and pepper to taste
nutmeg, ground to taste
vegan butter: 1 spoon
How did I do
I cooked the broccoli in the non-stick pan with the lid at slow-medium fire for 10 minutes.
In the bowl I mixed cream, cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg and flour.
I cut in small cubes the slices of ham and in half the dried asparagus.
I buttered the baking tray and I mixed in it broccoli, ham and asparagus. I poured the sauce on top and I cooked at 180°C for 15 minutes.
I served warm.
