This fast recipe is useful when I’m looking for a pudding with peculiar taste and with a simple and versatile basic recipe. In this case I used pineapple juice but you one use every kind of juices , the important thing is that it is a 100% fruits juice.

What did I use
a pot, a whisk, a pudding mould, a cutting board, a knife
Ingredients
100% Pineapple juice: 1 liter
Sugar: 120 gr
Maizena: 90 gr
How did I do
I boiled the juice in the pot at medium fire.
I turned down the fire and added maizena and sugar beating with the whisk fastly. I continue to beat until the dough results creamy, without boiling it.
I put it in the pudding mould and when it was cold I let it stand in the fridge for at least 3/4 hours.
I servde with slices of fresh fruit.
