Baked sweet and sour chickpeas with onions, peppers and tomatoes

A vegan second course with a sweet taste, very fast and easy, colorful and alternative!

What did I use

a baking tray, a wooden spoon, a cutting board, a knife

Ingredients

Boiled chickpeas: 250 gr

Red pepper: half

Onion: 1

Tomatoes: 3

Oil: 2 spoons

Sugar: a teaspoon

Paprika as required

Salt as required

Lemon juice: 1 spoon

Minced basil as required

Garlic: 2 slices

How did I do

I preheated the oven at 200°C.

I washed and clean the pepper, the tomatoes, the garlic and the onion then I cut them in thin slices.

I put them in the baking tray with oil, vinegar, sugar, basil and salt. I mixed with the spoon.

I baked for 10 minutes.

I added the chickpeas, mixed well and cooked for other 5 minutes.

I served warm.
