Chocolate porridge

A yummy version of a classic for breakfast, this porridge is chocolatey and healthy because it uses dark chocolate and there is no added sugar.

What did I use

a cutting board, a knife, a bowl, a wooden spoon, a little pot

Ingredients

4-5 tablespoons of oatfleaks

half a glass of milk

half a glass of water

4 big strawberries

20-30 gr of dark chocolate

(honey to taste, not necessary)

roughly ground whole cornflakes

How did I do

In the little pot, I put the oatfleaks together with water, milk, two strawberries cut in little pieces and 3/4 the cholocate, cut into little pieces.

I let it boil for about 5 minutes, until creamy and soft.

I turned off the fire, I poured it in the bowl and I decorated with the remaining strawberries and the ground cornflakes.

I waited a little bit for it to cool down before eating. Depending on the type of chocolate and milk, at this poin if it is not sweet enough, I usually add honey.
