There are a lot of cookies recipes. This recipe is a version without eggs, but with more butter, similar to shortbread cookies. The result is a crunchy and buttery kind of cookie perfect to serve with an italian style hot chocolate, coffee, milk or even with some tea.

Baking trays, sheets of oven paper, a large bowl, a wooden spoon
Ingredients
Wheat flour: 150 gr
Baking powder: 8 gr
White sugar: 130 gr
Butter: 100 gr
Chocolate drops (possibly dark): 100 gr
Milk: a spoon
How did I do
I reheated the oven at 180°C.
I softened the butter and mixed it well with sugar.
I added flour, baking powder, milk and kneaded well.
I finally added the chocolate drops and continued to knead ( not to do it for a long time, otherwise the drops melt !!)
I formed little balls with the dough and pressed them on a baking tray with oven paper.
I cooked in the hot oven for 10/12 minutes.
I let them cool and served.
