Yoghurt breaded cutlet

Breaded cutlet was not born to be a healthy plate, but to reduce the calories and the colesterol I substituted the yoghurt instead of eggs, possibly light, for the breading, obtaining an even more crunchy fried.

What did I use

a pan with tall sides, a perforated ladle, towel papers, 2 large flat dishes

Ingredients

Turkey or chicken breast: 3 slices

Light white yoghurt: 125 gr

Whole minced bread as required

Seeds oil as required

Salt

Ginger: a teaspoon

How did I do

I rolled the chicken breast slices in the yoghurt mixed with ginger and salt, then in the minced bread.

I fried in plenty of hot oil for few minutes.

I let the oil be absorbed by the towel papers and served hot.

I usually serve this plate together with fresh vegetables and a slice of lemon, or with a sauce composed by half yoghurt and half mayonnaise…
