Cauliflower cream

I had frozen cauliflowers and few other ingredients at home and I had the desire of something vegan but I didn’t like the thought of eating them boiled or with rice or pasta. So I decided to try this cream. The consistency was super good.

What did I use

a little pot, a cutting board, a knife, a blender

Ingredients

Cauliflowers, frozen: few turnip tops

White onion: half

New potatoes: 3

Garlic: 1 slice

Minced parsley as required

Black pepper as required

Salt as required

Olive oil: 1 spoon

How did I do

I reheated the oil in the pot, I added the cauliflowers, the onion and the potatoes cut in pieces, I mixed for a minute than I added hot water, enough to cover the vegetables. I added salt.

I boiled the cauliflowers at medium fire, covered with a lid, for about 15 minutes.

I put everything in the blender for few minutes and served warm, decorating with some pepper, possibly minced at the moment, and the parsley, possibly fresh.
