To start with energy, this morning I prepared myself Nutella french toasts. A caloric breakfast but irresistible, sometimes we can allow ourselves to have… and prepare in very few minutes. Here you have my version

What did I use
a little non-stick pot, a cutting board, a knife, a butter knife, a little colander, a whisk, a perforated non-stick spatula
Ingredients
Slices of bread: 4
Nutella: 2 spoons
Butter: a knob
Icing sugar as required
Egg: 1
Skimmed milk: half a glass
Salt: a pinch
Vanilla extract: 2 drops
How did I do
I beat egg, milk, salt and vanilla with the whisk in the bowl.
I reheated the butter in the pan and filled the slices of bread with Nutella two by two.
I passed a toast in the dough and fried it both sides for few minutes. I repeated in the same way with the other.
I cut them diagonally so that I obtained 4 triangles.
I put on a serving plate and covered with icing sugar.
