Cauliflower and bread omelette

This is a very simple and nutrituous omelette that one can serve both as a starter in little quantities or as a good main dish.

What did I use

a cutting board, a knife, a non-stick pan, a spatula, a whisk, a wooden spoon

Ingredients

2 eggs

salt/pepper to taste

150 gr of cauliflower

75 gr of bread

Olive oil as required

How did I do

I boiled the cauliflower, chopped in tops, in plenty of savory water. I deiwd it when it was cooked (it took about 10/15 minutes depending on the dimension of the tops).

I beat eggs with salt and pepper and I added the cauliflower and the bread cut in little cubes.

I reheated a spoon of oil and when it was hot, on medium heat I poured the omelette. I cooked for few minutes then I flipped it over and cooked it on the other side.

I served warm.
