Rice and noodles with oyster sauce and vegetables used for the batter of a tasteful and simple fried omelette.

a whisk, a large bowl, a non-stick pot with a lid, a spoon
Ingredients
Rice and noodles, boiled and then pan-fried with oil, oyster sauce, wok vegetables spicy mix, pepper and chilli: 1 dish
Eggs: 2
Soy sauce: 2 spoons
Milk: 2 spoons
Seeds oil as required
How did I do
I beat with the whisk the eggs
with milk and soy sauce in the bowl .
I added the leftovers and I mixed with the spoon.
I reheated some oil in the pan and when it was hot I fried the omelette few minutes per side, covered with the lid. I used the lid to turn on the omelette, but you can use a big spatula as well.
I cut in slices and served.
