Integral shortbread cookies without eggs

A good and healthy alternative to the classic shortbread biscuits using the integral flour instead of the normal one and not using eggs.

Ingredients

105 gr of integral flour

35 gr of sugar

45 gr of soften butter

30 gr of milk

few salt

1 teaspoon of baking powder

What did I use

a baking tray, a sheet of oven paper, biscuits moulds or a knife, a bowl, wrap

How did I do

I mixed all the dry ingredients then added milk and then butter.

I kneaded with the fingertips quickly without warming the dough.

I put the dough in the wrap to stand for about one hour in the fridge.

I extended the pastry with the rolling pin on a board with some flour on it and I cut the biscuits with the moulds or the knife.

I cooked in the oven at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes or until they were brown on the surface.

I served cold.
