Frozen yoghurt is a healthy and fast alternative to ice cream. Being in Iceland I obviously used Skyr but one can use greek yoghurt as well. I often have fun trying different fruits and different flavors of yoghurt to find tasty combination.

What did I use
a blender, a spoon
Maple syrup: 2 spoons
Honey: 2 spoons
Skyr (I used blackberries Skyr): 3/4 cup
Frozen fruit (I used frozen berries): 3 1/2 cups
Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
How did I do
I put all the ingredients in the blender for few minutes, until compact and creamy.
I served immediately, with nuts, fresh fruit, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, biscuits… however one wants!
