Smoothie with banana, Skyr and berries

A healthy, thick and tasty smoothie perfect for a snack or a fit breakfast.

Ingredients

Banana: 1

Frozen berries: 100 gr

Skyr, white: 2 spoons gr

Honey: 2 teaspoon

How did I do

I blended the banana, the berries, the skyr and the honey for few minutes.

I served immediately after pressing the top of the glass in the honey first and the sugar secondly.
