I love this side dish because it is very tasty and pretty light… on the market there are a lot of alternatives to the normal cream, in this case I have chosen a light one but one can use also the soy one for a vegan or a lactose free version.

What did I use
A wok pot, a wooden spoon, a cutting board, a knife, a colander or a small colander
Ingredients
Fresh field mushrooms: 700 gr
Shallots: 2 (or 1 onion)
light cream: 4 spoons
Olive oil: 2 spoons
Salt
How did I do
I washed, trimmed and cut in slices the mushrooms.
I browned in the oil the minced shallots/onion.
I added mushrooms, salt and cooked with the lid at medium/ slow fire for about 20 minutes.
I added the cream and cooked for few minutes more.
I served hot.
