A sparkling, sour and bitter cocktail, easy to make, easy to drink, refreshing.
Ingredients
4 cl gin
1 cl sugar syrup
the juice of half a lemon
ice cubes
soda to top
What did I use
a shaker, a cutting board, a knife, a measuring cup
How did I do
Shake a few ice cubes, gin, sugar syrup (I used homemade brown sugar syrup) and lemon juice.
Pour in highball glasses with ice cubes. Top with soda. Garnish with lemon.
