I eat only homemade burgers, never the already made ones, since a lot of time: both because I like to change and create not common tastes and because I am sure about what’s inside them. Today I prepared pizzaiola style burgers to cook in the oven.

What did I use
a large glass bowl, a sheet of oven paper, a baking tray
Ingredients
Minced mixed meat (beef and pork usually): 400 gr
Eggs: 2
Minced bread as required
Salt/pepper
Oregano as required
Tomato sauce (I used a homemade one): 3 spoons
Olive oil: 2 spoons
How did I do
I reheated the oven at 180°C.
I mixed all the ingredients together except the oil, kneading well, with all the minced bread I needed to obtain a compact but soft dough.
I formed the burgers thin with the hands and I put them on the baking tray with oiled oven paper.
I spreaded oil on it and baked it for about 15 minutes, controlling the cooking.
I served warm with fresh vegetables.
