If somebody tells that vegetarian cuisine is boring let him taste these simple but full of taste vegan burgers, he will change his mind!

What do you need
A baking tray, a sheet of oven paper, a blender, two bowls, two spoons, a silicon brush
Ingredients
For the chickpeas burgers:
boiled chickpeas: 250 gr
Olive oil as required
Nutmeg, minced parsley as required
minced bread as required
salt/pepper as required
curry as required
For the vegetables burgers:
Boiled potatoes: 200 gr
Boiled carrots: 150 gr
Boiled zucchini: 50 gr
Olive oil as required
Minced rosemary as required
Minced bread as required
Salt/pepper as required
Turmeric as required
Directions
Put the chickpeas in the blender with little oil and lukewarm water, you just need a little, enough to help the to blades work well.
Put the chickpeas in a bowl and mix spices, herbs and salt and pepper.
Reach the right consistence adding minced bread,
Mash the vegetables with a fork and mix them in a bowl with spices, herbs, minced bread, salt and pepper.
Form 6 burgers, 3 for every type, and cook in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes about on a baking tray with a sheet of oiled oven paper.
Remember to turn them at half a cooking!
Serve with sauces or fresh vegetables.
