
A vegan ethnic super fast dish to prepare in the most classic version, the one with the chickpeas, but without Tahin and with cumin instead. 5 minutes and very few ingredients, aviable for everybody, for a healthy and nutritious meal.

What did I use
a blender
Ingredients
Boiled chickpeas in can, dry: 250 gr
2/4 spoons of water
2 spoons of olive oil
1 spoon of lemon juice
1 slice of garlic
3/4 spoons of minced cumin
1 teaspoon of salt
How did I do
I put all together in the blender until it had the right consistency, at the beginning just putting the minimum dose of water and add the other if necessary.
I usually serve it with bread and/or fresh vegetables.
