Spicy salad with chickpeas, carrots, walnuts and apples

A vegetarian salad with a very peculiar taste, spicy and fresh at the same time, tasty and poor in fat, to try for a fanciful last minute idea.

What did I use

a large bowl, two spoons, a cutting board, an orange juicer, a knife

Ingredients

Chickpeas in can, dried: 3 spoons

Walnuts: 2 spoons

Apple: half

Carrot: 1

Lemon: 1/4

Seeds oil: 1 spoon

Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon

Pepper as required

Ground curry: 1 pinch

Emmenthal cheese: 1 slice

How did I do

I cut the cheese in little cubes, the apple in thin slices after having peeled it and I peeled and cut in sthin slices the carrot.

I squeesed the lemon.

I mixed oil with soy sauce, curry, pepper, lemon juice and chili pepper.

I put all the ingredients in the bowl, dressed and mixed well with the two spoons before serving.
