Lukewarm pasta salad with mustard and tuna

This creamy pasta salad is very savory and it has a strong and fresh taste. I love mustard and with tuna it is so tasty! A simple but tasty combination for a creative lunch.

What did I use

a pot, a little bowl, a spoon, a fork

Ingredients

Pasta

Tuna, natural: 1 can

Mustard: 2 spoons

Parsley to taste

Heavy cream: 2 spoons

How did I do

While I boiled the pasta al dente in salted water, I prepared the sauce.

I minced with the fork the tuna after drying it. I mixed it in the bowl with the cream, the parsley and the mustard. At this point, I added flavours to taste (I don’t really need salt because mustard is very savory and because I have salted pasta, so I usually just put more herbs or some pepper!)

I dried the pasta and mixed it immediately with the sauce. I let it cool at room temperature for few minutes and I served.
