Irish coffee is a classical between the warm drinks, here is how I like to prepare it in a cold norwegian winter night!
Time of preparation
What did I use
A shaker for the cream, a glass, a spoon
2 teaspoon with brown sugar
4 cl with whiskey
cream (I used plant-based)
cinnamon powder to taste
How did I do
I mixed slightly the sugar with the whiskey directly in the glass first, I topped with coffee and I mixed well.
I shaked the plant-based cream, enough to make it smooth (but it doesn’t have to become hard) and I poured on the top.
I sprinkled with cinnamon and serve.
