These italian butter cookies are just so easy and perfect to serve with a cream, a mousse or some ice cream for a dessert. This is the basic recipe, but a lot of variations and enrichments can be made to make them a little more fun.

What did I use
a bowl, an electric whisk, a sac à poche
Ingredients
Soft butter at room temperature: 100 gr
Sugar: 100 gr
Egg white: 100 gr
Flour 00: 100 gr
How did I do
I used the electric whisk to whip the butter together with the sugar until I had a compact batter. I added then the egg white little by little continuing to whip until I had a smooth batter. At this point I poured in the bowl the flour.
With the sac à poche- I formed some stripes of batter long 6-7 cm on the baking tray with the silicon sheet.
I baked at 190°C for 9/10 minutes, until a brownish border showed up around the biscuits.
