
Chocolate is one of my biggest passion. This mousse is for intense taste lovers, because there’s no even sugar to alter it. Easy to prepare, easy to taste. A good solution for a few-ingredients sweet.

What did I use
A little pot with a thick bottom, a wooden spoon, a glass bowl, an electric whisk, wrap, cups for sweets, a cutting board, a knife
Ingredients
Dark chocolate: 125 gr + as required
Eggs: 4
Water: 4 spoons
Salt: a pinch
How did I do
I roughly cut the chocolate.
I melted 125 gr of it with water at low fire.
Being careful not to form clumps: mix continuously until complete melting.
I separated the yolks from the white eggs.
I beat the yolks with melted chocolate and salt.
I added slowly the whipped white eggs with the wooden spoon.
I divided the mousse in the cups and decorated with the remaining chocolate, in fleaks.
I let it stand in the fridge covered by wrap for few hours.
