This mousse is super-healthy, low-calories and perfect for a snack when you are hungry during the day but stil you want to avoid pre-made snacks and so on. Only 5 ingredients: let’s start!

5 minutes + standing
What do you need
a dish, a fork, a bowl, a whisk, a spoon
Banana (well ripe): 1
Skyr, plain (or greek yoghurt): 200 gr
Honey: half a spoon + as required (for garnish)
Milk: 1 tablespoon
Vanilla extract: few drops
Few raspberries (for garnish, optional)
Mash very well the banana with the fork in the dish.
Put it in the bowl, add Skyr, honey, milk and vanilla extract and whip well with the whisk.
Let stand in the fridge for at least 45 minutes.
Garnish with honey and raspberries and serve.
