Healthy banana and Skyr mousse

This mousse is super-healthy, low-calories and perfect for a snack when one is hungry during the day but stil he/she wants to avoid pre-made snacks and so on. Only 5 ingredients.

What did I use

a dish, a fork, a bowl, a spoon

Ingredients

Banana (well ripe): 1

Skyr, plain (or greek yoghurt): 200 gr

Honey: half a spoon + as required (for garnish)

Vanilla extract: few drops

Few raspberries (for garnish, optional)

How did I do

I mashed very well the banana with the fork in the dish.

I put it in the bowl, adding Skyr, honey, and vanilla extract and I mixed well.

I let it stand in the fridge for at least 45 minutes.

I garnished with honey and raspberries and served.
