Yoghurt muffins with dark chocolate

A classic in the muffins’ world, in my version. The results are super soft sweets with a delicate taste.

What did I use

an electric whisk, a wooden spoon, a large bowl

Ingredients

00 flour: 250 gr

White yoghurt: 250 gr

Eggs: 2

Vanillin: a pinch

Sugar: 120 gr

Butter or margarine: 70 gr

Dark chocolate, chopped: 100 gr

Baking powder: 16 gr

How did I do

I mixed softened butter and sugar.

I added eggs, sifted flour with baking powder, vanillin, yoghurt and, at the very end, the chocolate.

I put the dough in the moulds and baked in the oven for 25 minutes.

I let them cool and served.
