Apples and honey muffins (without butter)

What did I use

A cutting board, a knife, a large bowl, muffins moulds, a wooden spoon, an electric whisk, a baking tray

Ingredients

Flour: 250 gr

Honey: 2 spoons

Apples: 2 big or 3 small

Baking powder: a teaspoon

Milk: 2 dl

White egg: 2 (or a full egg)

Olive oil: 0,6 dl

A pinch of salt

Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon

How did I do

I mixed the dry ingredients all together, added then the liquid ingredients one by one a part of the white eggs, that I whisked until they were whipped with an electric whisk.

I added the whipped white eggs slowly, in a movement from the bottom to the top, and finally I added the pieces of apple, cut in little cubes and rolled on few flour to avoid them to go on the bottom of the muffins during the cooking.

I filled 3/4 of the moulds, I put them on the baking tray and cooked at 180°C for about 20 minutes.

I served lukewarm or cold.
