Water mini-muffins

 

Milk finished and muffins desire? Or maybe want to cut a bit the calories without renouncing to dessert? In these easy and soft muffins you simply use water instead of milk and honey instead of sugar.

Ingredients

240 gr flour

120 gr honey

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 egg

200 gr water

60 gr butter

salt as required

cocoa 1 teaspoon

jam 1 spoon

What did I do

a bowl, a wooden spoon, 8 paper muffins stamps, a baking tray

How did I do

I mixed together all the ingredients but the cocoa and the jam.

I divided the dough in 2 parts, one bigger than the other and added cocoa to the more little of them.

 I put the dough without cocoa in half of the stamps  to the top and filled to half the other  stamps, adding then the one with cocoa, mixing a little with a fork; I put some jam on the cocoa-tops and I cooked at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.

I served cold decorating with almonds.
