These wraps are soft and creamy and so easy to prepare! One can prepare his/her own naan bread or , when I don’t have time for it and I don’t find them ready at the supermarket, I make yoghurt-piadina. Two different oriental styles meet perfectly in this sweet n’ crunchy meal.
Time of preparation
15 minutes
Servings
1/2
What did I use
A little nonstick pan, a wooden spoon, a cutting board, a knife, a dish
Ingredients
Mini naan: 2 (or 1 normal sized), or yoghurt-piadina (a piadina made with the greek yoghurt in the dough and very little oil, the taste is similar to naan but it is much faster to prepare because it doesn’t need to grow.)
Chicken breast: few pieces, cut from the whole breast, about 5 mm thick and few cm large
Soy sauce: 2 spoons
Hazelnut, roughly chopped: 2 spoons
Seeds oil: 1 teaspoon + 1 spoon
Flour: 1 spoon
Crunchy salad: few leaves
Milk as required
How did I do
I heated the oil in the nonstick pan and cooked the hazelnuts for one minute. I put them in the dish.
I rolled the chicken in the flour and I put it in the pan with a little more oil and the soy sauce. I cooked for one minute mixing at medium heat, adding a little milk when necessary and cooking for about 6 minutes, mixing often and controlling the cooking.
I reheated the naan breads in the microwave for few dozens of seconds, or I cook my yoghurt-piadina here, I put the salad at their center after having spreaded a little greek yoghurt on the surface, filled with the chicken and the hazelnuts and served immediately.
Buon appetito!
