What did I use
a wok, a spaghetti ladle, a little bowl, a whisk
Ingredients
Rice noodles: 90-100 gr
Carrots: 1
Broccoli tops: 3-4
Red pepper: 1/4
Peanut butter: a teaspoon
Ketchup: a spoon
Water or vegetable broth: a glass
Cornstarch or potato starch: 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce, salty: 2 spoons
Honey: 1 teaspoon
How did I do
I cooked the frozen vegetables in the wok when the oil was hot. I added salt and black pepper. I added some water when required and cooked at medium-slow fire. It took about 10 minutes.
I boiled the rice noodles in salted water for few minutes. I dried them and added them to the vegetables. I mixed well at medium fire for one minute.
In the little bowl, I whisked together the soy sauce, the peanut butter, the ketchup, the honey, the cornstarch and some water. I poured in the wok and cooked two minutes more at medium-slow heat, mixing continuously.
I served warm.
