A simple way to prepare a yummy and healthy snack with only 4 ingredients and few minutes of preparation. It is perfect also for kids because the banana cooked in this way is super soft and creamy.

What did I use
a non-stick pan, a silicon brush, a spatula, a little bowl, a whisk
Honey: 1 tbsp
Cinnamon: 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil or butter: 1 spoon
How did I do
I reheated the oil in the pan, spreading it with the silicon brush on all of its surface.
I peeled the banana and cut in into thick slices.
I cooked 1 minute per side in the pan.
I mixed the honey with half of the cinnamon and some water in the bowl with the whisk and poured it on the banana slices.
I flipped the banana slices, sprinkled with the remaining cinnamon and served immediately.
