A classic of the american breakfast that one can prepare wherever one has very few necessary utensils and few basic and common ingredients.

What did I use
A bowl, a whisk, a small colander, a non-stick pot
Ingredients
Flour 120 gr
Milk 245 gr
Egg 1
Sugar 26 gr
Salt 1 pinch
Baking powder 8 gr
Seeds oil as required
Hazelnut grain, honey, dark chocolate, different types of jam to taste
How did I do
I mixed flour, eggs, sugar, salt, baking powder and milk with the whisk in the bowl.
I reheated the oil in the non-stick pot and when it was warm I put a ladle of dough and cooked both sides for few minutes.
I continued like that until I had finished all the dough.
I served with honey, hazelnut grain and dark chocolate, or with different types of jam.
