A super fast and simple pasta for a tasty first course with few ingredients and a lot of flavour!
Time of preparation
about 20 minutes
What did I use
a large pot, a colander, a non-stick pan, a wooden spoon, a blender
75 gr of short pasta of the favourite kind
130 gr of celeriac, peeled and cut into little cubes
50 gr of whole milk
1/4 of white onion, peeled and cut in thin slices
half a tablespoon of flour
25 gr of ground Grana Padano
How did I do
I prepared the sauce: I stewed the onion with the celeriac in the non-stick pan with a little oil, salt, pepper for about 20 minutes, until super soft.
In the meantime, I boiled the pasta with plenty of salted water.
I put the vegetables in the blender for few minutes until I had a compact and soft cream. I put it again in the pan, I dried the pasta keeping a little cooking water, and I cooked everything at high heat for few minutes more.
I served with some black pepper ground at the moment.
