One of the perfect pasta for children: little maccheroni, hotdog and cream, together with super soft carrots , are the perfect combination for a nutrituous and complete first course, colorful and delicate.

What did I use
a cutting board, a knife, a large pot, a colander, a little non-stick pan, a whisk, a large spoon or ladle, a potato peeler
Ingredients
Short pasta (better if little because it takes less to cook and children like it more): about 300 gr
Hotdog: 3
Carrots, small: 3
Heavy cream: 2 glasses
Flour: 2 spoons
Ground nutmeg to taste
Salt/pepper to taste
How did I do
I peeled the carrots, took off the extremities and cut them in very thin slices.
I boiled them in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes.
I cut in thin slices also the hotdogs and boiled them together with the short pasta.
I dried everything in the colander.
In the non-stick pan, I whisked the flour with the cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. I let it boil for 1 minute and dressed the pasta with it. I used gluten-free peas pasta.
I served immediately!
