In Finland during the holidays we bought bear’s meat in can to eat at home. It was super expensive but it was a once-in-a-lifetime chance! So I decided to serve it with a typical finnish side dish, so here it is.
Time of preparation
about 45 minutes

What did I use
a pot to boil the potatoes, a potato masher, a fork, a baking casserole, a whisk
Ingredients
6 medium potatoes, peeled
2 eggs, beaten well
1 cup of milk
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons of butter
6 tablespoonsof minced bread
How did I do
I cooked and mashed the potatoes.
I beat the milk with the eggs and the salt: I added the potatoes with the first spoon of butter. I beat with a whisk until fluffy.
I buttered the casserole with another spoon of butter and turned the potatoes into it.
I pressed with a fork on the surface of the potato mixture and I sprinkled the minced bread over it. I put the last spoon of butter , cut into fleaks, on the surface.
I baked at 190°C in the oven for 20 minutes.
I served warm.
Buon appetito!
