Peach en papillote with amaretto biscuits and dark chocolate
A very simple dessert to serve after an abundant meal made of grilled meat and vegetables, typical of the 1st May in Italy; only three ingredients needed, and a little bit of creativity for the decoration part.

What did I use

aluminium paper, a knife

Ingredients

1 peach

few amaretto biscuits

finely chopped dark chocolate

How did I do

I cut the peach in slices and I put them on an aluminium foil. I roughly broke the amaretto biscuits all over the slices of peach and I sprinkled with the dark chocolate.

I well closed the aluminium foil and I grilled for few minutes per side my dessert.

I served with some fresh vanilla yoghurt and an amaretto biscuit.
