I love hot food and I often prepare chili peppers in that way to serve with meat or fish. I keep few seeds because I like them strong but taking away the seeds the taste will result easily appreciated from anyone.

What did I use
A cutting board, a knife, a nonstick pot, a wooden spoon
Ingredients
Fresh red chili peppers: a little package
Olive oil: 2 spoons
Salt/pepper as required
How did I do
I trimmed and cut the peppers in slices. I washed them and took off some of the seeds.
I reheated the oil in the pot and cooked the peppers for few minutes at medium fire.
I lowered the fire, added salt and pepper and continued the cooking for about 10 minutes with the lid.
In this way, one can cook any type of vegetables, and will obtain soft and tasty food.
