A second dish that one can prepare with every type of white fish, both frozen or fresh: I used some frozen fillets. Even the vegetables can be different depending on one’s needs, the important thing is that they have a sweet flavour one can well combine with milk and citrus fruits.
Time of preparation
about 30 minutes
Servings

What did I use
two non-stick pans (one with its lid), a cutting board, a knife, a spatula, a wooden spoon, a little non-stick pot, a non-stick whisk
Ingredients
white fish fillets: 3 big or 4 middle-size
carrots: 2
new potatoes: few
onion: half
milk: 3 glasses
flour: 1 spoon
salt/pepper to taste
seeds oil as required
lemon: 1
orange: 1
lemon’s peel as required
ground garlic: a pinch
How did I do
I cleaned the vegetables and I cut them in pieces of medium – little size. I cut few slices from the orange and few from the lemon and I put them on a plate.
I reheated the seeds oil in the biggest pan, I added the vegetables, salt and pepper and the ground lemon’s peel, the garlic and some orange juice. I covered with the lid and I let them stew for about 15 minutes.
When the vegetables were nearly cooked, in the other pan I cooked the fish (it needed about 6/7 minutes) with the same flavors of the vegetables except the orange juice that I substituted with some lemon juice. I remembered to flip over the fillets at half cooking.
In the little pot, I boiled the milk in which I melted the flour whisking energically, then I added some orange juice, salt, pepper and I let it cook until compact and soft.
I served the vegetables and the fish poured with the sauce and decorated with the fresh slices of orange and lemon.
Buon appetito!
