I had some potatoes that needed to be cooked, and I used them to make this simple, tasty pie without eggs and with vegan butter.

What did I use
A little baking tray, a little nonstick pot, a wooden spoon
Ingredients
Potatoes: 4/5 (peeled, cut in small pieces and mashed with some vegan butter and coconut cream, salt and a bit of pepper)
Minced cheese (I used vegan cheese)
Mushrooms: 6/7 (cooked in a non-stick pan for a dozen of minutes with oil, salt and pepper)
2 slices of sandwiches bread
Salt and pepper and olive oil as required
Butter as required
How did I do
I covered the surface of the baking tray with a little oil. I put the mashed potatoes in it.
I covered them with the cheese, the mushrooms, the bread cut into little cubes, pepper and some butter on top.
I cooked at 200 °C in the oven for about 15 minutes, until the bread became brownish on the surface.
I served warm.
