This semifreddo is super fresh and it is a very versatile recipe, it is no waste as well, because you can change the flavors substituting lemon or orange to grapefruit and every fruit to kiwi.

What did I use
aluminium moulds, a large bowl, a whisk, a wooden spoon, a blender
Ingredients
Already whipped cream: 4 spoons
Kiwi: 4 + 1
Yellow grapefruit juice: 4 spoons
Sugar: 4 spoons
How did I do
I cut the kiwi in little pieces and I put them in the blender with sugar and grapefruit juice.
I mixed with the whisk this cream to the whipped cream.
I filled with the spoon the aluminium moulds an let them stand in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
I served with the remained kiwi cut in slices few minutes after taking off trom the freezer the semifreddi.
The grapefruit, as well as lemon, gives a sour taste while orange gives a sweeter taste. One can use also more than one fruit at the same time, for example peach and banana, or strawberries and berries.
