Apple tarts

These sweets are perfect for cooked apples’ lovers. Soft, yummy, to eat in one bite.

What did I use

a baking tray, a sheet of oven paper. a Pizza wheel, a non-stick pan, a wooden spoon


puff pastry: 1 roll

apples: 250 gr

sugar: 60 gr

rhum: a shot

lemon: half

cinnamon: a teaspoon

apricots’ jam: 4 spoons

raisin: a tablespoon

How did I do

I put the raisin in some water.

I reheated the oven at 180°C.

I peeled, cleaned and cut the apples in little cubes.

I put them in the pan. I added sugar, lemon’s juice or minced peel and cinnamon. I cooked for 10 minutes ar midium-high fire.

I turned off the fire and added the jam, mixing. I let it cool for few minutes.

I rolled out the puff pastry and I cut squares large 8/10 cm.

I put in their center few apples, the drained raisin, and I united the angles. I painted with beated egg.

I baked in the oven for 15/20 minutes until they browned on the surface.

I sprinkled with icing sugar and served lukewarm.
