Rice spaghetti with shrimps and vegetables

This is one of the dishes that in “all you can eat” Japanese restaurants ends more times in my stomach, so I decided to prepare it at home as well…

What did I use

A wok pot, a little pot, a wooden spoon, a pince for spaghetti, a knife, a cutting board


Rice spaghetti: 200 gr

Zucchini: 1

Carrots: 1

Already cooked shrimps: 30

Soy sauce

Brown sugar

Seeds oil

Shallots, minced: 1

How did I do

I reheated plenty of water in the pot.

I browned the shallots in some hot oil in the wok.

I cut the carrots and cooked them few minutes in the wok.

I cut zucchini it the same way and added them to the carrots. I added sugar and 2 spoons of soy sauce.

I boiled the spaghetti, dried them and cooked them with shrimps and vegetables for few minutes adding some more soy sauce.
